Enrique Castillo is a founding member of The Latino Theater Company, where he co-wrote plays such as Stone Wedding and August 29. He directed the documentary The History of The Latino Theater Company, which chronicles the theater's journey, and co-produced the annual comedy fundraiser Noche de Risa y Susto. In 1997, he established Four Brown Hats Entertainment, a production company for film and theater, through which he adapted and directed The Last Angry Brown Hat. Castillo also wrote and directed Veteranos: A Legacy of Valor, a theatrical piece that honors the military contributions of Latinos. He appeared in Borderline (1980).
