Emily Arlook is an American actress who made her debut in the 1998 mockumentary film 20 Dates, portraying a fictional version of herself. She gained prominence for her role as Nomi Segal in the Freeform series Grown-ish (2018–2024), a spin-off of Black-ish, where she was part of the main cast during the first four seasons and made guest appearances in later ones. Arlook also starred as Kate Harris in the Hulu film Big Time Adolescence (2019) alongside Pete Davidson and appeared as Kim Glassman in the Netflix romantic comedy You People (2023).
