Emilio Echevarría is a Mexican actor who began his film career with A Crucial Day for Ausencio Paredes in 1987. He gained significant recognition for his role as El Chivo in Amores Perros (2000), directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu. Echevarría has also appeared in Intimidad (1989), Ana's Steps (1991), and Novia que te ver (1994). His work extends to international cinema, including a role in Die Another Day (2002). He was an active member of the Constitution of Art and Society and trained at the theater group Circo, Maroma y Teatro.
