Ellen Albertini Dow was an American character actress who portrayed the rapping grandmother Rosie in The Wedding Singer (1998). She had notable roles including Mary Cleary in Wedding Crashers (2005), Disco Dottie in 54 (1998), and a choir nun in Sister Act (1992). Dow also appeared in Radioland Murders (1994) as the recipient of a slapstick moment from Christopher Lloyd's character. In addition to her film work, she had guest roles on the sitcom The Golden Girls. Dow's performance in Road Trip (2000) highlighted her comedic talent.
