Elisha Cuthbert is a Canadian actress who began her career as the host of the children's show Popular Mechanics for Kids (1997–2000). She gained significant recognition for her role as Kim Bauer in the action-thriller series 24, which aired from 2001 to 2010 and returned in 2014. Cuthbert also portrayed Alex Kerkovich in the comedy series Happy Endings (2011–2013). Her film credits include Airspeed (1998), Love Actually (2003), Old School (2003), The Girl Next Door (2004), House of Wax (2005), and Captivity (2007). She stars in Every Year After (2026).
