Elio Germano is an Italian actor who gained prominence with his lead role in My Brother Is an Only Child (2007). He made his film debut in 1993 as a child actor and has since starred in various notable films, including La Nostra Vita (2010), for which he won the Best Actor award at the Cannes Film Festival. Other significant works include Tutta La Vita Davanti (2008), Diaz: Don't Clean Up This Blood (2012), and Rose Island (2020). Germano also appeared in international projects like Nine (2009) alongside Daniel Day-Lewis. He won his second David di Donatello for Best Actor for his performance in Volevo Nascondermi (2020).
