Edward Chen is a Taiwanese actor who gained recognition for his role as Chang Jia-han in the 2020 film Your Name Engraved Herein. He graduated from Hsing Wu University with a degree in Performing Arts and has appeared in various film and television projects, including the drama series Red Balloon (2017) and the films The Post-Truth World (2022) and Scamsgiving (2023). In addition to his acting career, he has pursued music, recording the theme song for Your Name Engraved Herein and releasing singles such as "Hidden Pain" and "Aloof." Edward was nominated for Best New Performer at the 57th Golden Horse Awards for his impactful performance in LGBTQ+ cinema.
