Edward Leonard O'Neill is an American actor who played Al Bundy in Married... with Children (1987–1997). He gained fame through his roles in television, notably as Jay Pritchett in Modern Family (2009–2020). O'Neill has received four Screen Actors Guild Awards and has been nominated for three Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards. His film credits include Wreck-It Ralph (2012).
