Dustin Diamond is an American actor who portrayed Samuel "Screech" Powers in the Saved by the Bell franchise. He began his career in the television series Good Morning, Miss Bliss in 1987, which later evolved into California High School and its spin-offs. Diamond also appeared in the series Wunderbare Jahre in 1988. He had a role in American Pie Presents: The Book of Love released in 2009. Diamond's work spanned both acting and stand-up comedy.
