Dulquer Salmaan is an Indian actor and producer who made his debut in the film Second Show (2012), which won him the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. He has established a significant presence in Malayalam cinema with performances in films such as Ustad Hotel (2012), Bangalore Days (2014), and Charlie (2015), the latter earning him a Kerala State Film Award for Best Actor. Salmaan has also ventured into Tamil and Telugu films, with notable works including OK Kanmani (2015) and Mahanati (2018). His Hindi film credits include Karwaan (2018).
