Dulari is a character actor who made her film debut in Hamari Baat (1943). Over her six-decade career, she appeared in more than 135 films. Notable works include Prem Rog (1982) and her final appearance in Ziddi (1997), directed by Guddu Dhanoa. After marrying sound recordist J. B. Jagtap in 1952, she took a nine-year hiatus from acting. In her later years, she received financial assistance from the Cine & TV Artistes Association due to her health struggles. Dulari's legacy continues through her daughter Charulata Jagtap and her grandsons residing in Australia.
