Douglas Bruce Ford Sr. was a Canadian businessman and politician who served as a Progressive Conservative member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1995 to 1999. He represented the Etobicoke—Humber riding and was the father of former Toronto Mayor Rob Ford and current Premier Doug Ford. Ford's legacy extends beyond politics, as he is also credited with appearing in the film Trainwreck: Mayor of Mayhem (2025).
