Donnelly Rhodes was a Canadian actor who portrayed Dutch Leitner in the television series Soap (1977-1981). He played Phillip Chancellor II on The Young and the Restless. In Canada, Rhodes performed as Sgt. Nick Raitt and Dr. Grant 'Doc' Roberts in the series Danger Bay (1984–1990) and Sidestreet (1975–1978). He also played Leo in Da Vinci's Inquest (1998-2005) and starred as Sherman Cottle in Battlestar Galactica (2004–2009). Rhodes appeared in the film Barricade (2012).
