Dominique Pinon is a French actor who made his film debut in Diva (1981). He has performed in numerous plays by notable directors such as Gildas Bourdet and Valère Novarina since 1985. Pinon has appeared in over 80 films, collaborating with director Jean-Pierre Jeunet in titles like Delicatessen (1991), Alien Resurrection (1997), and Amélie (2001). He has also made various appearances on French television, including the role of Master Raymond in Outlander. In 2004, he received the Molière theatre award for Best Actor and was honored as Officier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in 2014.
