Dominic Cooper is an English actor who portrayed Jesse Custer in the AMC series Preacher (2016–2019). He gained recognition for his role as young Howard Stark in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appearing in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) and the series Agent Carter (2015–2016). Cooper played Sky in both Mamma Mia! (2008) and its sequel, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (2018). His early career included significant performances with the Royal National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company, notably originating the role of Dakin in The History Boys, which transitioned from stage to film. He has also featured in An Education (2009) and My Week with Marilyn (2011). Cooper starred in The Devil's Double (2011).
