Dodie Brown is an American actress who appeared in "The Mist" (2007) alongside her daughter, Taylor. She performed in musicals like "Oklahoma," "Oliver," and "The Music Man" during her early involvement with the Richland Players Theatre Group. Dodie completed her studies at Northeast Louisiana University in 1994 and has been active in the Southeast film industry, including a role in "Pulse 3" (2008). In addition to acting, she engages in coaching, casting, and producing. Dodie has been married to Dr. Alan Brown since 1998 and is a mother of two daughters. Her work with director Frank Darabont is a significant highlight in her career.
