Dirk Blocker is an American actor who earned his first regular television role on Baa Baa Black Sheep (1976–1978) as pilot Jerry Bragg. He portrayed Detective Michael Hitchcock on the comedy series Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which aired from 2013 to 2021. Blocker has appeared in several films, including Prince of Darkness (1987), Starman (1984), and Cutting Class (1989). He is the son of actor Dan Blocker and has a brother, producer David Blocker.
