Diana Rigg is an English actress who played Olenna Tyrell in Game of Thrones (2013-2017). She made her professional stage debut in 1957 and joined the Royal Shakespeare Company two years later. Rigg's film career includes notable roles such as Countess Teresa di Vicenzo in On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969) and Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream (1968). She received a BAFTA TV Award for Best Actress for her performance in Mother Love (1989) and an Emmy Award for her role in Rebecca (1997). Rigg also appeared in Last Night in Soho (2021).
