DeRay Davis is an American stand-up comedian and actor who played Ray-Ray the Hustle Guy in Barbershop (2002). He gained prominence in the comedy scene after winning the Comedy Central Laugh Riots Competition and touring with Cedric the Entertainer. In addition to his film work, which includes roles in Semi-Pro (2008) and Jumping the Broom (2011), Davis has made numerous television appearances, such as in BET's ComicView and HBO's Entourage. He has also contributed his voice to skits on Kanye West's albums and appeared in several music videos. Davis reprised his role in Barbershop 2: Back in Business, further solidifying his connection to the franchise.
