Dennis Haysbert is an American actor who portrayed President David Palmer in the series 24. He played Pedro Cerrano in the Major League film trilogy and Secret Service agent Tim Collin in Absolute Power. Haysbert's filmography includes appearances in Jarhead (2005), The Dark Tower (2017), and Kung Fu Panda 2 (2011). He portrayed Sergeant Major Jonas Blane in the military drama The Unit and God in the series Lucifer. In addition to acting, he serves as the narrator for the A&E Network's American Justice.
