Demetrius Shipp Jr. is an American actor who portrayed Tupac Shakur in the biopic All Eyez on Me (2017). He was cast in this role in 2011 due to his striking resemblance to the rapper, despite not having aspirations to pursue acting. Prior to his film career, Shipp held jobs at Target and Dish Network. He also played the character Tyrone Moore in the series All American. Shipp has appeared in the film Asking For It (2022).
