David Wilmot

David Wilmot is an award-winning Irish actor. He originated the role of Padraic in 'The Lieutenant of Inishmore', which he performed in various prestigious venues including the Barbican Center and Broadway. His film credits include 'Michael Collins' (1996), 'I Went Down' (1997), 'The Devil's Own' (1997), and 'Six Shooter' (2006). Wilmot also appeared in 'The Wonder' (2022) and 'Little Joe' (2019). In television, he portrayed Dr. Ed Costello in the series 'The Clinic' and earned a nomination for Best Actor in a TV Drama at the Irish Film and Television Awards. He received the Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Lead Actor for his theatrical work.
