David James Elliott is a Canadian actor who portrayed Harmon Rabb Jr. in the television series JAG. He made his film debut in Police Academy 3: Back in Training (1986) and later appeared in notable roles on series such as Street Legal and Knots Landing. Elliott's career includes a recurring role on Melrose Place and a guest spot on Seinfeld. He starred in the made-for-cable movie Holiday Affair (1996) and played the lead in The Man Who Lost Himself (2005). Elliott's recent work includes a role in Believe Me: The Abduction of Lisa McVey (2018). He returned to his role of Harmon Rabb Jr. in a multi-episode arc on NCIS: Los Angeles in 2019.
