David Howard Thornton is a European-American actor who portrayed Art the Clown in the Terrifier films. He has extensive experience in stage, film, and voice work, including his role as Grandpa Who in the national tours of Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas: The Musical. Thornton also voiced characters in the video game Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom and played The Joker in the YouTube series Nightwing Escalation.
