David Gyasi is a British actor who starred in Cloud Atlas (2012). He gained prominence for his performance in Interstellar (2014) and has appeared in films such as Annihilation (2018), Maleficent: Mistress of Evil (2019), Hunter Killer (2018), and Cold Blood (2019). On television, Gyasi played Lex Carnahan in the miniseries Containment (2016) and Argeus in Carnival Row (2019 - 2023). He also portrayed Foreign Secretary Austin Dennison in The Diplomat (2023 - present).
