David Giuntoli is an American actor who portrayed Det. Nick Burkhardt in NBC's supernatural drama Grimm (2011–2017). He gained initial fame as a contestant on MTV's Road Rules: South Pacific and later appeared in Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet. Giuntoli has acted in films such as 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (2016) and Buddymoon (2016). His television credits include roles in Nip/Tuck, Veronica Mars, Grey's Anatomy, and A Million Little Things (2018–2023), where he played Eddie Saville. He married his Grimm co-star Elizabeth Tulloch in June 2017, and they have a daughter, Vivian, born in February 2019.
