Darin Morgan is an American screenwriter who won an Emmy Award for his teleplay of "Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose" in The X-Files (1996). He worked on several unique and darkly comedic episodes of The X-Files and Millennium. Morgan wrote and directed episodes for both season ten and season eleven of The X-Files in 2015 and 2017, respectively. He also wrote for the film The One (2001). Morgan is the younger sibling of writer and director Glen Morgan.
