Daniel MacPherson is an Australian actor who portrayed Joel Samuels in the television series Neighbours. He played Sergeant Samuel Wyatt in Sky and Cinemax's Strike Back and Whit Carmichael in the sci-fi film Infini. MacPherson also appeared as Arion Elessedil in The Shannara Chronicles and co-hosted Dancing with the Stars for six years. His film credits include a cameo as Calvin's father in Ava DuVernay's A Wrinkle in Time. He will appear in Land of Bad (2024) and Beast (2026).
