Dan Aykroyd is a Canadian actor who co-wrote and starred in the film "The Blues Brothers" (1980). He began his career with The Second City comedy troupe and became a founding member of "Saturday Night Live," where he created sketches. Aykroyd's filmography includes notable roles in "Ghostbusters" (1984), where he portrayed Dr. Ray Stantz, and "My Girl" (1991) as a single father. He lent his voice to the character of Z in "Antz" (1998) and appeared in "Evolution" (2001) and "50 First Dates" (2004). He also had a role in "Ghostbusters: Afterlife" (2021).
