Dagmara Dominczyk is a Polish-American actress and author who played Mercedès Iguanada in The Count of Monte Cristo (2002). She has appeared in several notable films, including Rock Star (2001), Kinsey (2004), and Running with Scissors (2006). Dominczyk also had significant roles in television series, portraying characters such as Karolina Novotney in HBO's Succession and Ellen in The Assistant (2020). In addition to her acting career, she published a novel titled The Lullaby of Polish Girls in 2013. She has been married to actor Patrick Wilson since 2005. Dominczyk is also the sister of actresses Marika and Veronika Domińczyk.
