Craig Parker is a New Zealand actor who portrayed Haldir in The Fellowship of the Ring (2001). He has appeared in various notable productions, including The Two Towers (2002), where he reprised his role as Haldir, and played Darken Rahl in the TV series Legend of the Seeker. Parker also featured as Stéphane Narcisse in the CW series Reign and as Gaius Claudius Glaber in Spartacus. He was part of the cast in Underworld: Rise of the Lycans (2009).
