Conan O'Brien is the only personality to have hosted both the NBC Late Night and Tonight Show franchises. He began his career as a writer for the sketch comedy series Not Necessarily the News after serving as president of the Harvard Lampoon. O'Brien gained fame as the host of Late Night with Conan O'Brien from 1993 to 2009, followed by a brief stint on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien in 2009-2010. He later hosted the TBS talk show Conan from 2010 to 2021. In addition to his television work, O'Brien has appeared in films such as If I Had Legs I'd Kick You (2025) and Toy Story 5 (2026). He also hosts the podcast Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend.
