Colin Bennett was an English television actor who portrayed Mr. Bennett, the assistant to Tony Hart, in the series Hartbeat and Take Hart. His television career also featured a role as Zarquon in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and he hosted Night Shift from 1992 to 1999. Bennett's film appearances included Brian and Charles (2022) and Ben Wheatley's adaptation of Rebecca. He passed away on 23rd February, 2024.
