Clark Gregg is an American actor, director, and screenwriter who portrayed Phil Coulson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, starting with Iron Man in 2008. He also voiced the character in the animated series Ultimate Spider-Man from 2012 to 2017 and featured in video games such as Lego Marvel Super Heroes. Gregg's notable television roles include FBI Special Agent Mike Casper in The West Wing and Richard in The New Adventures of Old Christine. His film credits include The Adventures of Sebastian Cole (1998), 500 Days of Summer (2009), and Much Ado About Nothing (2012). He wrote and directed the film Choke (2008).
