Chuck Low is an American actor who played Morris "Morrie" Kessler in Goodfellas (1990). He was born in New York City to a Russian mother and an Austrian-Polish father. Low's portrayal of Morrie is a memorable part of Martin Scorsese's film. He also appeared in Robert De Niro films such as The Mission and The King of Comedy, and had a notable role in Sergio Leone's Once Upon a Time in America (1984) as Deborah and Fat Moe's father. Additionally, Low guest-starred in a first-season episode of The Sopranos as Shlomo Teittleman. His performance in Goodfellas remains significant to cinema.
