Chris Wedge is an American filmmaker and animator who directed the animated feature Ice Age (2002). He co-founded Blue Sky Studios and served as the lead animator for the sci-fi film Tron (1982). Wedge directed the short film Bunny (1998), which won an Academy Award for Best Animated Short, and received a nomination for Ice Age in the Best Animated Feature category. His work includes directing Robots (2005) and Epic (2013), as well as creating and voicing the character Scrat in the Ice Age series from 2002 to 2022.
