Chris Spencer is an American actor, comedian, writer, producer, and director who was the inaugural host of the late-night talk show Vibe. He has appeared in various film and television projects, including Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood (1996), The Sixth Man (1997), and Postal (2007). Spencer has also made significant contributions as a writer for the Wayans family and Jamie Foxx, and played a key role in developing Nick Cannon’s Wild 'N Out. His stand-up comedy performances have been featured on The Chris Rock Show and HBO’s Def Comedy Jam. He co-created the television series White Famous in 2017 and has a role in Redrum (2007).
