Chris Mulkey is an American actor who played Col. Jacob "Hawk" Manley in the Wing Commander franchise. His career began in the mid-1970s, with appearances in TV shows like Baretta and the cult classic Twin Peaks. Mulkey has featured in films such as First Blood (1982), Radio (2003), and On the Basis of Sex (2018). He also had a notable role as a coach in four episodes of Friday Night Lights and appeared in the NBC TV movie Knight Rider.
