Chris Conrad is an actor who starred as a lead character in The Next Karate Kid (1994). Raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he began performing in grade school and won a comedy competition with his brother in high school. After a brief stint at Florida State University, he moved to Chicago to study at the Piven Theatre Workshop and secured his first role in the television movie Mario and the Mob. His career progressed with appearances in projects such as Raven and Star Food. Alongside acting, Conrad has a background in kickboxing, wrestling, and trains in Machado Jiu-Jitsu.
