Chow Yun-Fat is a Hong Kong actor who began his film career in 1976 with Goldig Films. He collaborated with director John Woo in films such as A Better Tomorrow, The Killer (1989), and Hard Boiled. He portrayed Li Mu-bai in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and Sao Feng in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. Chow has received three Hong Kong Film Awards for Best Actor and two Golden Horse Awards for Best Actor in Taiwan. His notable works also include Curse of the Golden Flower (2006).
