Chloe Webb is an American actress who received the Best Actress award from the National Society of Film Critics for her debut performance in the cult classic Sid and Nancy (1986). She gained wider recognition for her role as Danny DeVito's girlfriend in the film Twins (1988) and portrayed Mona Ramsey in the PBS adaptation of Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City.
