Chiwa Saito is a Japanese voice actress who voiced Natsumi Hinata in the anime series Keroro Gunso (2004). She is part of the voice acting group 'MORE PEACH SUMMER SNOW', which includes notable members like Haruna Ikezawa and Mamiko Noto.
