Chantal Herman was a South African actress who portrayed Lorn in the SABC3 sitcom Shado's. She also played Sylvia Hiscock in both seasons of the sitcom Those Who Can't and Liz Isaacs in the comedy-drama The Riviera. Herman made various television appearances, including roles in Isidingo, Molo Fish II, and Jozi Streets. In theatre, she performed as Mimi Marquez in the musical Rent at the Artscape Theatre in 2007. Her work earned her the SAFTA Award for Best Achievement by a Lead Actress in TV Comedy in 2017 for her performance in Those Who Can't. Herman's notable film credit includes Revolt from 2017.
