Challen Cates is an American independent film producer and actress who portrayed Mrs. Knight in the television series Big Time Rush. She has served as the executive producer and starred in two independent films, A Fare To Remember (1998) and The A-List (2001). Cates played the lead female role in the independent film They Would Love You In France (2003) and has appeared in various television series including Cybill, Roseanne, and Criminal Minds. In addition to her role in Big Time Rush, she featured in four related films, including Big Time Audition and Big Time Christmas. Cates produced and starred in the film Walkaway Joe (2020).
