Chad Michael Murray is an American actor who played Lucas Scott in the WB/CW drama series One Tree Hill. He has appeared in several notable films, including Home of the Brave (2006), Freaky Friday (2025), and Fortress (2021). His television credits include roles as Edgar Evernever on Riverdale and Jacob Thompson in Marvel's Agent Carter. Murray also had a recurring role as Tristan Dugray on Gilmore Girls. In addition to acting, he has worked as a writer, producer, and director. He portrayed Jacob Orr in the series Chosen.
