Carlos Carrasco is a Panamanian actor who made his Broadway debut in the production of "The National Health." He has an extensive background in theater, performing at notable venues such as Hartford Stage Company, Atlanta's Alliance Theater, and Los Angeles' Mark Taper Forum. In addition to acting, Carrasco has held significant roles in arts administration, including serving as Executive Director of the Hispanic Organization of Latin Actors in New York. He appeared in the film "Speed" (1994).
