Cara Horgan is a British actress who played the lead character in the modern adaptation of Hedda Gabler, titled Hedda (2008). She has appeared in various television shows, including Peep Show, Traitors, and Jane Eyre. Horgan's film credits include The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, The Death of Stalin, and Disobedience, in which she starred alongside Rachel McAdams and Rachel Weisz. Her stage work features performances in Caryl Churchill's Far Away and a revival of Ferdinand Bruckner's Krankheit der Jugend at the National Theatre. Horgan was part of the Secret Theatre company from 2013 to 2015, where she explored improvisational techniques in drama.
