Buzz Aldrin is an American former astronaut who was the Lunar Module Eagle pilot on the Apollo 11 mission in 1969. He was the second individual to walk on the Moon, following Neil Armstrong. Aldrin also served as pilot for the Gemini 12 mission in 1966, where he completed three spacewalks. He appeared in the documentary Apollo 11 in 2019.
