Burgess Meredith is an American actor who portrayed The Penguin in the 1960s television series Batman. He had a notable career in film and television, appearing as Mickey Goldmill in the Rocky series, including Rocky (1976), Rocky II (1979), and Rocky III (1982). Additionally, he played Grandpa Gustafson in Grumpy Old Men (1993) and its sequel, Grumpier Old Men (1995).
