Britt Lower is an American actress who earned a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her dual roles as Helena Eagan and Helly R. in Severance (2022-). She portrayed Liz in Man Seeking Woman (2015-2017) and Tanya Sitkowsky in Unforgettable (2011-2017). Lower has also appeared in Holly Slept Over (2020) and will feature in I Will Find You (2026).
